Hello Mark and Lesley.
We had a great time in Villa Casa Soleado.
Thank you so much for playing a huge part in the enjoyment of our vacation. Villa Casa Soleado was a welcome retreat to come home to each day after slogging around the parks. The furnishings were top rate: Leather living room ensemble; A comfortable King bed in each master suite; Full complement of kitchen ware; A fully stocked games room; High-speed internet (great for checking weather, online airline check in); Television with
cable and a selection of DVDs. I could go on, but take a good look at the pictures. Many properties only slightly resemble their website pictures; Villa Casa Soleado looked just like the online pictures in person.
The villa is in a great location, right at the intersection of US-192 and US-27. US-192 leads right to Disney's front gate (about 8 minutes). There are numerous restaurants , grocery stores, and a Super Walmart on US-27.
Only one problem cropped up (pool heat fail). A call to the management company resulted in a quick and professional repair.
We would definitely stay here again! An enthusiastic THUMBS UP!

Hi Mark and Lesley,
We are now well and truly back from a very sunny Florida and are writing to say we enjoyed our stay in your villa very much. It is an excellent place to stay and very convenient for all the parks etc and it certainly lived up to our expectations and we shall be recommending the villa to our family and friends and would certainly stay there again when we return to Florida.

Sorry its taken so long to get in touch, coming home to Easter then Ellie's birthday time flew by and it seems ages ago we were sitting by the pool in your beautiful holiday home.
We had a fabulous time the villa was FANTASTIC !! so clean and well equipped, we crammed loads in but made time for a couple of days lazing by the pool, which was a perfect temperature and well maintained (the pool man came on Fridays and cleaned and checked pool) we all had dreadful 'holiday blues' when we got home no one was ready to leave, will definately stay for 3 weeks next time, we did try to extend our stay and maybe drive down to coast but the flights were all full. Discovery cove was magical would recommend it, and air boats were noisy but fun, Busch Gardens was great and Kevin finally got to Flights of fantasy, and the classic cars in Old Town was a good evening too.
For your peace of mind Mark the management company appeared to be doing their job very well, the whole area around the villas was constantly being strimmed, and weeded and everywhere was very clean, and your pool seemed to be the only one constantly being filled and cleaned
Well I think that's all our news but thank you again for all your help and renting your lovely home to us we will definitely recommend it (though not sure we really want to share it!) and look forward to returning soon.

Great villa, superb pool, which got lots of use due to fantastic weather.
Theme parks good, especially Discovery Cove. Need another holiday to get over it all!

The villa was wonderful. We could not have made a better choice for our family vacation with friends. Having our own pool and kitchen to cook in was perfect. We will recommend this place to friends and we will use it the next time we visit. This really is the happiest place on earth.

Mark & Lesley, we had a wonderful time at your Villa!!!! It is a very beautiful place with loads of room for us. We probably didn't really need the pool heat as you had suggested as it was way too hot, but that's ok, we didn't know for sure. Our granddaughter had a blast in the pool during our stay. Other than the parks, that was the highlight of her trip.
We certainly will keep you in mind for our next stay in the Florida/Disney area.
