 Our
beautiful 4
bedroom villa is situated in the
Mediterranean styled gated community of High Grove.
Set in an ideal
location, High Grove is only 300 yards from the Highway 192 and Highway
27 intersection and with-in 6 miles of Walt Disney World.
The
house itself is big enough for a large family or two smaller families
to share, with over 1,700 sq ft of air conditioned living space, plus
it occupies a prime plot with an open aspect to the rear across
landscaped grounds.
You'll be able to
relax around our large 26 by 14 foot pool, but should the Florida sunshine
become too much, you can either retire
under the covered Lanai, go inside
the villa where all the
rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature, or lie back and relax
in our superb spa.
The
villa also features a number of FREE
to use extras including a children's high chair, travel cot,
electronic safe, BBQ and FREE
telephone calls to most destinations around the world including the UK
and the US (the telephone line also provides a FREE
high speed DSL internet connection).
If you like a
round of Golf you'll be ideally positioned staying at our villa.
There are over 20 courses to
be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes,
Highlands Reserve and the Greg
Norman designed Champions gate courses.

 The Family room contains
two large luxurious
leather sofas, allowing
the whole family to sit down together at the end each
action packed day.
Patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck as
well as letting in plenty of sunlight and providing a great view. As a
safety precaution should young children be staying at the villa, all doors out
onto the pool deck are alarmed.
To help keep everyone
entertained you will find
a large screen digital cable TV, DVD and Video player and a CD player.

 The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes
complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker,
microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster,
kettle and coffee machine. There is a large breakfast bar with enough seating for two people.
Should
you wish to do any laundry, we have a large capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron
and ironing board. All bed linen and towels are provided for
your needs.
The
villa has a
telephone from
which all local, national and international calls are FREE,
so no more excuses for not ringing the folks back home and telling them
all about your adventures (the telephone line also provides a FREE
high speed DSL internet connection).

 Adjoining
the Kitchen is the dining area, which has a large wooden topped table and
six chairs. It is ideal for both formal and casual
meals. A large window lets in plenty of natural light into this
section of the villa.

 The
villa contains four large bedrooms allowing up
to 10 adults to sleep comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are Master suites and two are
Twin rooms. If you still
need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the
Family Room.
The two Master Suites
each have a fantastic King sized bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in Shower and large vanity
mirrors. Each room also has cable TV and a spacious walk-in closet
which provides ample storage space. As a
final touch of elegance both master suites
have their own doorway out onto the pool
deck, the second master suite being via its bathroom. One of the
Master suites also houses a fire proof electronic safe.

 Bedrooms
three and four (picture on left) each contain two single beds. A built-in closet and
drawers provides plenty of storage space
in each room. Located
conveniently in-between bedrooms three and four is a good sized bathroom complete
with a bath / shower unit.
The villa has air-conditioning
and heating throughout, so
will remain at a
consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the
temperatures are on the up and up outside and will ensure you get a good
nights sleep.
All the bedding is provided and the
beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is
provided should you need it.

 Our villa has its own private
14 by 26 foot pool and spa.
The pool is surrounded by a large extended paved patio that includes a covered Lanai
should you prefer to sit in the shade. It backs onto an open landscaped area and offers
a good level of privacy. It is furnished
to the highest standard with
chairs, BBQ, a table and sun beds, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up the Florida
sunshine while enjoying an alfresco lunch and
drinks in the evening as the sun sets.

 If you find the pool
or spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily
charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the
pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced
weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are
pool toys to keep the children entertained.
For additional peace of mind should young
children be staying at the villa all
the doors leading out onto the pool deck are alarmed.
The luxurious spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures! The final feature of the pool area is
the pool side bathroom which is accessible from the pool deck without the
need to enter the villa.

with emergencies 24 hours a day.
